Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Define requirements and collaborate with DevOps/SRE to maintain a production-like staging environment for testing
Architect and optimize scalable automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API platforms
Mentor QA engineers and product engineers in writing automated tests and contribute to shared frameworks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
5-8+ years of QA engineering experience with 2+ years in senior/lead automation roles
Strong proficiency in automation tools and languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
Experience with web, mobile, and API testing frameworks
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
