Lead QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team remotely, the contract Lead QA Automation Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts while ensuring compliance with quality management standards and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex manual and automated tests to report defects and verify resolutions for assigned projects
• Develop and implement standards for inspection, testing, and evaluation in alignment with the organization's quality management system
• Mentor lower-level engineers and lead improvements to existing testing procedures and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in designing and executing test automation scripts
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automated testing
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
