Job Summary

Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for Android, iOS, and web platforms
Lead and mentor the QA team, manage performance, and coordinate work

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a QA Engineer on complex web applications
Proficiency in Watir for web automation
2+ years of experience managing and mentoring direct reports
Ability to project-manage work, communicate proactively, and exercise excellent judgment
Familiarity with agile software development principles and strong architectural decision-making skills
