Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SW QA Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project scope, requirements, and design to develop appropriate test methods
Determine testing strategy and plan, develop and execute test cases, and manage comprehensive test plans
Provide leadership on projects, manage team members, and transition manual test cases to automated scripts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
CTFL certification required, JAVA certification preferred
6+ years of SQA experience, including 4-5 years in automation test case development
Experience with Jira/Confluence, troubleshooting commercial software, and Agile methodology
3+ years of team lead experience or training
