Lead QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers
• Manage and mentor a QA team, leading test planning and defect management
• Drive root cause analysis for defects and advocate for quality improvements in product architecture

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional QA/QE experience, including leadership of automation initiatives
• Deep proficiency with at least one major automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Advanced experience in designing and maintaining automated tests for various applications
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD workflows and cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
