Lead QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the QA strategy across applications
• Build and manage a high-performing QA team, establishing best practices and mentoring team members
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks that support the event-sourced architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Ruby/Rails and React testing frameworks
• Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems preferred
• Proven track record of building and scaling QA processes in fast-growing organizations
