Lead QA Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the quality assurance function, the remote Lead QA Engineer will define QA strategy, drive automation, and ensure high standards of reliability, performance, and user experience across releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall quality assurance strategy, establishing scalable processes and defining quality standards
• Set the technical direction for automated testing, designing and maintaining frameworks that integrate into the CI/CD pipeline
• Champion quality across cross-functional teams, proactively identifying issues and recommending product improvements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with significant automation experience
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable QA processes and automation strategies
• Strong product instincts with the ability to understand complex workflows
• Experience driving quality across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced software organization
• Strong experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
