Lead QAD Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead QAD Business Analyst who will provide advanced functional and technical expertise in QAD ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced QAD functional and technical support for projects and system change requests
- Manage service and change requests, including problem resolution and enhancements
- Develop detailed technical specifications and ensure high-quality implementation of business application systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with extensive QAD ERP support
- Strong functional background in manufacturing business processes and QAD configuration experience
- Proven implementation experience with QAD ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with QAD eB2.1 module development and Progress 4GL
