Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Qualification Coach, EMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound calls, averaging over 200 calls per day to qualify prospective students
- Engage with prospective students to build excitement and ensure compliance in communication
- Document student interactions and escalate concerns to Team Lead or Manager as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume contact center
- Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
- Quick learner of detailed processes and systems
- Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals over the phone
- Detail-oriented with a focus on executing processes accurately
