Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outbound and inbound calls, averaging over 200 calls per day to qualify prospective students
  • Engage with prospective students to build excitement and ensure compliance in communication
  • Document student interactions and escalate concerns to Team Lead or Manager as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a high-volume contact center
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Quick learner of detailed processes and systems
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals over the phone
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on executing processes accurately
