Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound calls, averaging 200+ calls per day to qualify prospective students
• Engage with prospective students to build excitement and transfer qualified leads to client institutions
• Ensure compliance and accurate communication of program information while documenting student interactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume contact center with daily customer communication
• Ability to thrive in a busy and changing environment
• Quick learner of detailed processes and systems
• Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals over the phone
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute specific processes accurately
