Job Summary

Managing outreach to prospective students, the fully remote Lead Qualification Coach will handle over 200 calls daily to confirm interest in educational programs and qualify students for client institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to build excitement and ensure compliance in communication
• Transfer qualified students to client institutions while managing multiple accounts and programs
• Document student interactions and escalate unique concerns to management as necessary

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume contact center with daily customer communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Quick learner of detailed processes and systems, with a willingness to share best practices
• Comfortable speaking in a heavily scripted environment and interacting with diverse backgrounds
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to executing specific processes accurately
