Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to support marketing and sales efforts by engaging with inbound prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact inbound marketing leads to validate customer needs and product interest
  • Follow a structured call script to determine qualification status and confirm readiness for a quote
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities within Salesforce and accurately document notes for disqualified leads
Required Qualifications
  • Prior background in a call center, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer service
  • Basic experience with Salesforce is preferred; high comfort level with CRM documentation is required
  • Ability to handle high daily call activity while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during standard business hours
