Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to support marketing and sales efforts by engaging with inbound prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact inbound marketing leads to validate customer needs and product interest
- Follow a structured call script to determine qualification status and confirm readiness for a quote
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities within Salesforce and accurately document notes for disqualified leads
Required Qualifications
- Prior background in a call center, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer service
- Basic experience with Salesforce is preferred; high comfort level with CRM documentation is required
- Ability to handle high daily call activity while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during standard business hours
