Lead Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Quality Analytics & Performance Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reporting solutions for HEDIS audit, rate tracking, and performance improvement projects
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using statistical tools
• Provide technical and functional training to team members and assist in building reporting solutions for health plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
• 6+ years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 6+ years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries and data design
• 4+ years of experience with predictive modeling and HEDIS rate tracking
• Familiarity with data science techniques and languages like Python and R is a plus
