Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to work remotely, who will manage quality practices for a new online multiplayer RPG by defining testing strategies, improving coverage, and accelerating feedback to enhance game quality.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with production, engineering, design, and QA teams to establish testing strategies and quality goals for complex game systems
- Champion modern quality practices and identify opportunities for improvement through tooling, simulation strategies, and data-informed validation
- Conduct testing across various gameplay systems and collaborate with technical partners to enhance test coverage and quality-focused workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional QA experience in game development with proven experience in testing complex gameplay systems
- Strong understanding of modern quality assurance practices and scalable testing methodologies
- Experience developing testing strategies for interconnected gameplay systems
- Expertise in bug writing and quality tracking using tools such as Jira or TestRail
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in game development environments like Unreal Engine or Unity
