Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee quality assurance and testing activities for a case management system supporting federal healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, test approach, and quality standards
• Lead and manage QA team members and oversee execution of various testing types
• Track and report key quality metrics while serving as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in software testing and QA
• 3+ years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role
• Experience supporting federal healthcare programs (CMS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
