Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the quality assurance efforts for Treasury Management solutions in a contracted capacity, the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will design and implement testing strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure compliance with healthcare and banking regulations while working onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for Java-based treasury applications, encompassing manual, automated, regression, and integration testing
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber to enhance testing efficiency
• Lead functional testing of healthcare financial workflows and ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and PCI-DSS standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Java-based enterprise applications
• Proven expertise in automation tools (Selenium, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Deep understanding of Treasury Management and/or Healthcare Revenue Cycle operations
