Job Summary

To drive quality improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Quality Data Analyst will manage complex statistical analyses and develop actionable insights from diverse data sources in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced statistical analyses of quality metrics for various healthcare programs
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and perform monthly rate analyses to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support quality improvement initiatives and provide analytical guidance for projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of relevant professional work experience
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced relational database applications such as SAS, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
