Lead Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Lead Quality Engineer in a full-time remote capacity to drive the testing strategy, maintain automation frameworks, and ensure quality delivery for a high-impact Clienteling application while mentoring a high-performing QE team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching test strategy and planning for complex projects, ensuring alignment with iterative delivery
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting a collaborative team environment
• Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering
• Proven experience leading quality efforts for significant, cross-functional projects
• Extensive experience with test automation strategy and framework development
• Prior experience testing Retail, POS, or Clienteling/CRM mobile applications
