Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quantitative Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the algorithmic trading system, including execution engine and data pipelines
• Design and build low-latency, high-throughput services to support various crypto markets
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and diagnostics tools to ensure system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in quantitative development or algorithmic trading engineering
• Significant experience in both strategy implementation and core codebase engineering
• Strong background in Python or C++/Java for low-latency frameworks
• Experience with market data systems, exchange APIs, and execution gateways
• Proven ability to architect systems from scratch
