Lead Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

Experienced in quantitative UX research, the full-time Lead Quantitative UX Researcher will own the research strategy for major product areas, conduct complex studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and execute the quantitative UX research roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Independently scope and conduct advanced multi-method quantitative research studies
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives for leadership

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative UX research or related analytical fields
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in relevant disciplines such as Psychology or Human-Computer Interaction
• Advanced statistical modeling skills and deep knowledge of probability
• Expert proficiency in SQL and programming languages like R or Python
• Strong expertise in advanced survey writing and user sampling methodologies
