Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and other roles across the company
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities
Lead and inspire a best in class candidate experience; collaborate with team members to deliver a positive experience

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including technical and business recruiting
1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup
Successful track record of achieving hiring targets and KPIs
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently
Experience and proficiency with recruiting/sourcing tools such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
