Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage hiring efforts across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, focusing on outcomes
- Develop and drive employer branding and sourcing campaigns to build candidate pipelines
- Guide hiring managers in shaping roles and maintaining a consistent talent bar across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
- Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and proficiency with recruiting tools
- Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting and operations independently
- Strong sourcing capability for hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to maintain a high talent bar under time pressure
