A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage hiring efforts across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, focusing on outcomes
• Develop and drive employer branding and sourcing campaigns to build candidate pipelines
• Guide hiring managers in shaping roles and maintaining a consistent talent bar across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
• Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and proficiency with recruiting tools
• Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting and operations independently
• Strong sourcing capability for hard-to-fill roles
• Ability to maintain a high talent bar under time pressure
