Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, focusing on outcomes
  • Develop and drive employer branding and outreach campaigns to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Lead and iterate on recruiting operations, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with proficiency in recruiting tools
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently
  • Strong sourcing capability for hard-to-fill roles
  • Ability to maintain a high talent bar under time pressure
