Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage the full recruiting function and partner with the CEO to scale the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up a talent tech stack and revamp hiring processes with AI-driven workflows
- Own end-to-end searches for various roles, including senior-level Product Leaders
- Collaborate with the PeopleOps team to enhance recruitment initiatives and monitor recruiting data
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience across various roles
- Experience in-house with smaller, high-growth companies
- Ability to work with organizational leaders and executives
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and actionable insights
- Proficiency in using a variety of recruiting tools, including AI-driven solutions
