Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to build and enhance its recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting, managing multiple searches across functions and levels
  • Rebuild and elevate the recruiting foundation by improving processes and setting high hiring standards
  • Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with company priorities and use data to inform decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Experience hiring for go-to-market roles such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
  • Demonstrated ownership and a hands-on approach to recruiting processes
