Lead Recruiter

Job Summary

Strategically leading the candidate funnel, the full-time remote Lead Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, ensuring qualified candidates are submitted to hiring managers while coordinating with teams and stakeholders to maintain best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements to funnel qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Track submitted candidates and coordinate follow-up to ensure timely results
• Provide reporting to management to support optimal recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and resume databases
• Experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree; degree in human resources or a closely related field is a plus
• Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of management
