Job Summary

Driving hiring efforts during a critical growth phase, the full-time remote Lead Recruiter will partner with people leaders across R&D, GTM, and G&A to manage full-cycle recruiting, optimize candidate experience, and enhance recruiting operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and engage top talent
  • Run sourcing, outreach, and pipeline-building campaigns to maintain a rich candidate flow for high-priority roles
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to create engaging hiring loops and effective training programs while enhancing visibility of recruiting efforts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience across multiple disciplines, preferably in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and decision-making in recruiting
  • Fluency with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, or ability to ramp quickly on Ashby
  • Strong sourcing capability, including outbound outreach and pipeline building for hard-to-fill roles
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, adept at influencing senior stakeholders and candidates
