Job Summary

Operating fully remote, the Lead Recruiter will manage the recruiting process for mid-manager to director-level roles, while also coaching and advising team members on candidate sourcing strategies and best hiring practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and assessing candidates for IT/Tech roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview tools and conduct structured interviews
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pipeline under tight timelines
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including corporate recruiting and leadership roles
  • 5 years of experience with candidate search techniques and behavioral interviewing
  • Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles
  • 3 years of sourcing experience using social networking tools
