Lead Recruiter

Job Summary

Leading a team of driver recruiters, the full-time Lead Recruiter will oversee daily activities, ensure achievement of recruitment goals, and maintain high-quality recruitment processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflows for candidate pipelines, phone queues, and applicant tracking while providing daily oversight of the driver recruiter team
• Review and audit driver application files for compliance and quality, offering guidance on hiring standards
• Support onboarding and training of new recruiters and lead ongoing training initiatives for the team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting required
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role required
• Track record of delivering results in recruitment
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, and/or tech industry is a plus
