Lead Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and G&A roles, the full-time Lead Recruiter will actively source candidates, manage recruiting operations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for various levels, ensuring alignment with hiring managers
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates, providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Oversee recruiting operations, including ATS management, compensation benchmarking, and process optimization to enhance hiring efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of successfully closing both entry-level and senior leadership positions
• Strong understanding of GTM roles and the ability to differentiate candidate profiles effectively
• Experience in early-stage recruiting environments, demonstrating adaptability and process innovation
• Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven decision-making in collaboration with Operations and Finance teams
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for sourcing and screening candidates
