Lead Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing federal health consulting practice, the full-time Lead Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop strategic hiring plans, and partner with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various positions, overseeing the hiring process from intake through onboarding
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs and business objectives
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while providing labor market intelligence and fostering an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including federal contracting positions
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing capabilities and knowledge of talent acquisition best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools
