Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruitment for General Manager and other field leadership roles, the full-time remote Lead Recruiter for Field Leadership will partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, manage the recruitment process, and build talent pipelines to enhance organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute recruitment strategies for field leadership roles, collaborating with senior leaders to align on hiring needs
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and assessing candidates for leadership capabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy and market insights while building robust talent pipelines for future leadership roles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition (5+ years)
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on leadership hiring in operationally intensive environments
- Proven success in recruiting for General Manager or field leadership roles across geographically distributed organizations
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategy and utilizing various recruiting tools to attract top talent
- Strong business acumen with advanced sourcing capabilities and exceptional stakeholder management skills
