Lead Recruiter for Government Contracts

Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of U.S. Government and defense contracting programs, the full-time Lead Recruiter for Government Contracts will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, while operating remotely with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with company leadership and program teams to understand staffing requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain strong recruiting pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs, focusing on specialized and difficult-to-fill positions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within the U.S. Government contracting, defense, or intelligence sectors
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
• U.S. Citizen required; active Secret Security clearance is a plus
