Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter, Go-To-Market to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance recruiting processes for go-to-market and business operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business operations functions, managing the process from kickoff through close
- Directly manage and develop a GTM Recruiter and a Contract Senior Talent Sourcer
- Provide real-time market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring activity
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM and business operations
- Ability to manage a high-volume, high-quality requisition load across multiple functions
- Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue and operational roles
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders using data and market insights
- Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters
