Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter, Go-To-Market to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance recruiting processes for go-to-market and business operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business operations functions, managing the process from kickoff through close
  • Directly manage and develop a GTM Recruiter and a Contract Senior Talent Sourcer
  • Provide real-time market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring activity
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM and business operations
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, high-quality requisition load across multiple functions
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue and operational roles
  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders using data and market insights
  • Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters
