Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Lead Recruiter for HQ Functions will support senior leadership in hiring strategies, provide strategic consulting, and ensure operational excellence across the recruiting process for high-impact positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior HQ leaders, shaping role design and hiring strategy
- Lead senior role recruiting governance, including interview design and panel preparation
- Develop and implement hiring strategies using labor market analytics and competitive intelligence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including senior level roles
- Proven ability to influence Director/VP level stakeholders
- Experience designing structured interview strategies and assessments
- Strong analytical skills to interpret labor market insights and funnel metrics
