Job Summary
To enable strategic talent acquisition for Rula's Product organization, the full-time remote Lead Recruiter for Product will manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized product and design roles, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for product and design roles, utilizing deep market knowledge to source and engage top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategies and drive cross-functional workflows, addressing hiring obstacles effectively
- Analyze talent metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and diagnose process bottlenecks for complex product roles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle corporate recruiting experience, including 3+ years in Product Management and Product Design recruitment
- Proven track record of implementing inclusive sourcing strategies to engage senior passive candidates
- Strong consultative skills with experience in stakeholder alignment and delivery leadership
- Exceptional communication skills with a background in complex offer negotiations
- Technical proficiency with modern recruitment platforms and a commitment to data accuracy and system compliance
