Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Lead Recruiter - Product Creation will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse talent in Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering roles, ensuring a candidate-centric experience while partnering with hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, prioritizing a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and talent networks
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment
• Proven track record in recruiting for Product Creation roles in Performance and Fashion Footwear and Apparel
• Expertise in providing consultative support with strategic insight and operational execution
• Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
