Lead Red Team Security Engineer

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on complex Red Team assignments, the full-time Lead Red Team Offensive Security Engineer will conduct covert assessments across various domains, enhance security postures, and mentor junior team members while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive Red Team simulations, including penetration testing and social engineering assessments
• Develop and deploy Command and Control (C2) infrastructure to enhance Cyber Defense capabilities
• Conduct threat modeling and security risk assessments, providing actionable remediation recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity environments
• Strong expertise in OSINT, penetration testing, and evasion techniques
• Proficiency in custom scripting (Python, Powershell, Bash) and automation
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies and their application in offensive security
• Security-related certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, GPEN) are highly desired
