Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage reception area, ensuring orderly appearance and accountability for patient check-ins
• Schedule appointments and conduct patient check-in/out according to standard processes
• Ensure point of service collections and proactively communicate appointment updates with patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• Fundamental awareness of clerical and administrative functions
• Basic understanding of patient documentation processes
• Novice level customer service skills
