Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Regulatory Compliance (Credit Card).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise junior compliance team members in compliance testing, complaint management, and governance
• Drive development and execution of remediation and testing plans for compliance issues
• Lead the design and implementation of the monitoring & testing framework for regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Juris Doctor and/or CFE preferred
• 6+ years of experience in regulated finance or fintech with a focus on credit card compliance
• Thorough understanding of lending/credit financial services and key regulations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Interest in building the future of compliance with an owner's mindset
