A company is looking for a Lead Reinsurance Treaty Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize business process design tools to clarify reinsurance problems and requirements for stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise to support enterprise strategy for reinsurance data
• Support agile project management framework to prioritize and pace projects with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in life and/or annuity insurance and reinsurance
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics
• Project management experience, including agile and/or waterfall methodologies
• Experience in business process design, requirements analysis, process mapping, and flowcharting
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, including hands-on experience with Excel and SQL
