Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Release Train Engineer who will provide strategic leadership and coaching in Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach enterprise-level teams to implement SAFe practices and ensure strategic alignment
Manage program execution and facilitate key SAFe ceremonies to drive alignment across teams
Oversee task order integration and dependencies to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is required
8+ years of experience coaching agile teams in complex, large-scale environments
A minimum of 10 years' experience in Agile coaching with expertise in frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level agile transformations
