Lead Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Lead Release Train Engineer will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, coordinate planning across multiple teams, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure predictable value delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate ART-level planning and execution ceremonies, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
- Coordinate cross-team planning and execution to ensure alignment and visibility of dependencies
- Manage ART-level risks, impediments, and dependencies to safeguard delivery commitments
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in an ART-level environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile at Scale concepts for managing features and improving flow
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards
- SAFe or Agile certification preferred, such as SAFe RTE or CSM
