A company is looking for a Lead Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams and translate datasets into actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, validate analytical work, and maintain documentation of methodologies
• Monitor analytical workflows for efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a related field
• Degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex analytical workstreams from problem framing to delivery
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical programming tools
• Experience in client-facing environments and ability to create client-ready visualizations and presentations
