Lead Research Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Research Enablement Analyst will build scalable onboarding and education programs for customers while creating dashboards and analyses to enhance customer engagement and operational success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding programs and early enablement content for new customers
• Build and deliver training content, webinars, and educational resources focused on EHR data and the Truveta Platform
• Develop and maintain adoption reporting and customer usage analyses to improve enablement programs

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with EHR, claims, or real-world healthcare data and relational databases
• 3+ years in customer enablement, customer success, analytics, or related customer-facing roles
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python and/or R
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
