Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Research Scientist, Foundation Models & Agentic Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research on pretraining and post training of language models for healthcare
• Develop and evaluate agentic systems for healthcare workflows
• Drive research to production and publish findings in top-tier AI and ML venues

Required Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant quantitative field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building and evaluating NLP models
• 2+ years of experience with modern NLP/GenAI approaches
• Proven experience leading research projects
• Solid research background in machine learning, particularly in reinforcement learning or NLP
