Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Research Team Lead (100% Remote outside of Canada).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily tasks and performance of the Lead Research team
Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality leads aligned with client requirements
Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and conduct regular quality reviews

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lead Research / Lead Generation
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred
Strong understanding of lead sourcing methods and data validation
Hands-on experience with lead research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
Must be tech-savvy and administratively strong
