Job Summary

Owning the measurement and improvement of PrizePicks' brand performance and cultural insights, the full-time Lead Researcher will operate remotely, connecting customer and competitive signals to drive strategic business decisions while managing qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect customer, brand, competitive, and cultural signals to influence business performance and decisions
  • Design and execute brand performance measurement studies, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
  • Manage the cultural intelligence program, utilizing surveys and qualitative research to identify shifts in fan behavior and market trends
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights with a proven track record of influencing business decisions
  • Strong hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including tools like Qualtrics and statistical software
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in research
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in gaming, sports, or adjacent consumer categories is preferred
