Lead Researcher for El Salvador

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Researcher to support a UN-funded research project in El Salvador.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine research design and methodology for digital listening
• Oversee data collection and monitoring of digital conversations over a 12-month period
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify key actors, influencers, and themes

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Public Policy, or related field with 10 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 8 years of experience
• Proven track record in conducting at least 3 analysis projects of digital narratives or public opinion
• Experience in developing and applying digital data collection tools
• Demonstrated experience using digital platforms for analysis, including social media
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
