Job Summary
Managing resource fulfillment for On-Site Repair demands, the full-time Lead Resource Manager will oversee the OSR hourly union workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing outage execution efficiency in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Control and report weekly expenses, employee hours, and overtime for the assigned workforce
- Coordinate and schedule OSR hourly resources across multiple job sites to meet customer demand
- Provide leadership and support to the union workforce regarding safety, quality, and development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading or directing remote teams
- Inclusive leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work odd hours and/or weekends as needed
- Project management experience is preferred
